Lighting giant Osram illuminates Shanghai Expo

Stunning, colorful lighting at the Shanghai Expo is amazing visitors from across the world - but "green" is the key word. More than 80 percent of the nightscape equipment and all landscape lighting at permanent Expo structures use light-emitting diodes (LED) to sharply reduce energy consumption. Equipment from leading light manufacturer Osram illuminates the pavilions and boulevards around the site with more than 150,000 LEDs.
