Micron Technology Inc. said Friday that it is reviewing options for a struggling unit in Boise that Micron created to manufacture light-emitting diodes. Micron received $5 million in federal economic-stimulus money for LED research and development under the 2009 economic-stimulus law. "The market for the LED business is not faring well," Micron spokesman Dan Francisco told the Idaho Statesman. "Micron is looking at its business options, which includes looking for partners."
