In--ground LEDs light way on bike path

Fitchburg leaders and a local cycling group gathered at Edenberry Street and the Capital City State Trail in Fitchburg Tuesday to debut the trail’s new lights. The city of Fitchburg said a wooded, quarter-mile-long section stretch of the Capital City State Trail has been outfitted with 30 LED lights to help guide cyclists. The solar-powered lights are mounted in-ground to help bikers see the center line along the curvy path.
