CC-E to install LED gym lights

Clay Central-Everly School District will be replacing its high school gym lights with new LED bulbs to save on energy costs. The CC-E School Board decided the bulb type the school would use, but put off the bid decision at Monday's meeting. The lower energy cost will pay for the new bulbs in a couple of years. The project will cost the school between an estimated $3,000 to $5,000, with the money coming out of the capital projects fund.
