Now scientists could be about to beat beauticians at their own game with flashing wireless light emitting diode (LED) false eyelashes. Japanese officials who showcased the green lights at this year's CES tech conference said these strange accessories could be worn in the dark at events such as parties and concerts. The technology, created by Ritsumeikan University and Shiseido Company relies on microwaves to transmit power remotely in a process called 'wireless power feeding.'
