El Paso to install roadway lighting on Yarbrough

The City of El Paso’s Capital Improvement Department will inform the public of the Yarbrough Roadway Lighting and Landscaping Improvements project. The project includes the installation of roadway lighting and median landscaping along portions of Yarbrough from Montana Avenue to I-10. Montana to I-10 will be receiving LED Roadway Arterial Lighting.
