LEDS at GW University conserve 18 million kilowatt-hours over four years
Four years after officials first piloted LED lights in Amsterdam Hall, officials said George Washington University has saved enough energy to power more than 2,000 homes for a year. More than half of the University’s 24 residence halls are now completely outfitted with LED lights and significant portions of six halls like International House, South and JBKO halls have LED lights.
