Your smart phone could soon help you make smarter choices about replacing light bulbs. The City of Eau Claire wants to get in on the craze. Eau Claire is one of four cities to team up with a Milwaukee-based app developer. The company has an app that helps users find the most energy-efficient light bulb. Eau Claire has been making efforts to go green. "The city is concerned about energy and reducing our own energy consumption and also renewables," says Ned Noel, City of Eau Claire Associate Planner.
