Opel Introduces New IntelliLux LED Headlights on the New Insignia Grand Sport

One of the aspects where the mainstream cars and the lower segments are a bit lacking is their lighting systems. You might think LEDs have become the norm, but try buying a Volkswagen Golf and you'll be surprised to find out that the LED daytime running lights don't come standard. In fact, you won't get them even if you order the optional xenon lamps, but only on the top-spec lighting package (that still doesn't use LEDs for either low or high beams). And it's even worse in the premium segment.
