Dutch Company Selects Plessey’s LED Horticultural Lighting to Grow Lettuce

The UK based company, Plessey, has announced its partnership with B-Four Agro, a Dutch lettuce grower, to provide its growing lights to a new greenhouse owned by its subsidiary company, B4Hydrogrow B.V, which measures 29,000 square meters. The under construction greenhouse of B4Hydrogrow will be installed with Hyperion 1750 LED Grow Light, which offers a light output of 1750 micromole/s, equivalent to a 1000W SON-T. The whole series of Hyperion grow lights come in a range of standard and tailor made spectrums, with a host of features and benefits designed to give a higher commercial return to growers.
