NEC intros projector with HLD LED light source

NEC Display Solutions of America has unveiled an ultra short throw projector the UM383WL. The projector uses HLD LED technology as a light source to deliver better brightness, color accuracy and image vibrancy, according to a press release. The devices features include:
WXGA resolution and 3,800 lumens of brightness. 20,000 hour light source life. Instant-off and quick start up. Wired networking. Optical zoom and lens shift.
