Hannstar Acquires HannsTouch to Deploy Mini/Micro LED

Hannstar announced that it will pay NTD 2.77 billion to acquire the buildings and factory facilities of HannsTouch in order to develop Mini/Micro LED panels for future development and operation.

Hannstar expects to enter into the market for products featuring small- and medium-sized Mini LED panels such as wearable devices, pads, NBs and automotive equipment.
