Hama releases new smart RGB Neon LED light strip

The Hama Neon LED light strip is currently available for purchase in the EU. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, it boasts an IP65 dust and water resistance rating. This 5-meter (~16-foot) long LED light strip is crafted from a flexible material, allowing you to create curved designs.

The Hama RGB smart light offers extensive customization through the Hama Smart Home app. You have the freedom to divide the strip into segments, adjusting colors and effects for each area. With a palette of 16 million shades and effects, you can choose from options like a gentle color flow or dynamic flashing. Additionally, the app allows you to set up a sunset-inspired scene that automatically adjusts lighting based on the time of day. You can also sync the lighting with your music or the sounds from a film or game. Brightness adjustments and personalized lighting schedules are part of the app-based controls. Alternatively, if you prefer voice commands, you can control the Neon LED light strip using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

In Germany, the Hama Neon LED light strip is priced at €89.00. Listings on the company’s websites in the Netherlands, France, Spain, and Belgium suggest that it will soon be launched in these countries, with prices ranging from €79.00 to €93.99.
