LEDs to power flame on Gas Light Building
An iconic building in Milwaukee will shine just a bit brighter, thanks to improvements to its lighting. The owners of the Gas Light Building, 626 E. Wisconsin Ave., have equipped the flame-shaped light atop the 20-story office building with LED lighting. The lighting system will allow more “dynamic lighting schemes” to be projected on the building’s upper floors, according to a news release from Wangard Partners. The Milwaukee-based developer provides on-site management services for the property manager, Chicago-based M & J Wilkow.
