City lights up Tulsa neighborhoods after lifting moratorium

The first street light in a Tulsa neighborhood was installed near 89th and Delaware recently. Mayor Bynum announced the lifting of the moratorium on new streetlights in residential areas, installation of these lights will soon begin citywide. Many people didn't feel safe walking around their neighborhoods, not because of crime but because of lights.
