Philips Hue's new accessory for smart track lighting finally arrives

Signify is now selling a Philips Hue Perifo smart track lighting accessory in the EU, though it was announced at the start of the year.

The Philips Hue Perifo is a new line from Philips Hue that consists of individual rails that fit together to create a fully customizable track. You have the freedom to choose the layout, length, and lights to include, allowing you to design your own personalized lighting setup for your home1.

The Perifo T connector is a key component of this system. It allows you to connect three smart lighting tracks in a T-shape, providing greater flexibility in your lighting designs. Whether you want to illuminate specific areas or create ambient lighting throughout a room, the T connector makes it easier to achieve your desired setup.

The T connector adds approximately 3 cm (about 1.2 inches) to the total track length. It can occupy up to 37 cm (approximately 14.5 inches) of track space. This versatility allows you to adapt the lighting to your room’s layout and needs.

Perifo supports various types of smart lights, including spots, pendants, light bars, and light tubes. You can mix and match these lights along the track to create the perfect ambiance.

The Perifo T connector was initially announced in two colors: black and white. These sleek finishes blend seamlessly with your home decor.
