Astera QuikPunch Unveiled Wireless LED Spotlight

Astera has introduced the QuikPunch, a wireless LED Fresnel spotlight designed for film, broadcast, and event productions. This fixture features a 5-inch Fresnel lens with a 13°–60° zoom range, delivering 8,000 lux at 3 meters while consuming only 75W of power, comparable to a traditional 650W tungsten Fresnel. 

The QuikPunch is engineered to provide both a sharp, high-intensity beam for spotlight applications and wide, soft wash capabilities for illuminating large surfaces. It operates without color shift or light spill, addressing common concerns associated with LED lighting in professional environments. 

As the latest addition to Astera’s “Quik Family,” the QuikPunch represents the company’s most energy-efficient spotlight to date. It is designed to match a 200W LED PAR with 4.5 hours of runtime, making it suitable for various on-set lighting needs.
